NovaLash Signature Studio has over 20 luxurious private rooms designed for comfort and tranquility.

Preparing for Your Treatment

You are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to go to the washroom before the treatment, relax and enjoy the facilities at NovaLash Studio. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

Before the treatment

Please do not curl your lashes or apply any mascara on your treatment day, eye shadow and eyeliner are fine.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that a HKD500 cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled within 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in denominations of HK$ 1,000 or HK$ 2,500. Gift certificates for specific treatments are also available to purchase.

Home Care

All after care products are available for purchase from the studio Reception.
